Sorting of menus, categories and items – Servire Handbook

You can change the order of your menus, categories, and items at any time using drag & drop. The new order is immediately active in the POS app, the digital menu, and the Service Hub.

Sort menus

To change the tab order (e.g., Drinks on the left, Food on the right):

Click the More menu (…) in the top right corner of the menu card.
Select Sort Menus.
Drag and drop the menus to rearrange them.

Sort categories

Ordering categories within a menu (e.g., Hot Drinks before Soft Drinks):

Select the menu (tab at the top)
Click the More menu (…) in the upper right corner of the menu card
Select Sort Categories
Drag and drop the categories to rearrange them.

Sort articles

Ordering items within a category (e.g., Espresso before Cappuccino):

Click the More menu (…) to the right of the category name.
Select Sort items.
Drag and drop the items to rearrange them.

Sorted by frequency

Sort your best-selling items to the top — this saves service staff valuable typing seconds. You can see which items these are in the Statistics → Top 10 Items.
