With Servire Self-Ordering your guests order themselves: at the table they scan the QR code, for pickup they open the ordering page, or they tap on the kiosk terminal on site. Payment runs online via Stripe through your own Stripe account, or at the kiosk terminal's card reader. Every order lands automatically in the kitchen and on the kitchen monitor, is TSE-signed per Section 146a AO and flows into the Z-report and statistics. Self-Ordering is part of the Servire Max plan for €99 per month. This lets you take orders without extra staff, cut waiting times and raise the average check.
