What is the cash register reporting requirement and what happens if I don't comply?

Non-compliance can result in fines and issues during tax audits. With Servire Pro, you register your POS system directly with the tax office via the Web desk in just a few steps.

Tap to Pay funktioniert nicht

Tap to Pay über SumUp oder Stripe ist an einige Voraussetzungen gebunden. Wenn es nicht funktioniert, hilft diese Checkliste:

iPhone-Modell prüfen: mindestens iPhone XS oder neuer. iPads unterstützen Tap to Pay nicht.
iOS aktuell? Tap to Pay braucht eine aktuelle iOS-Version.
Berechtigungen: Bluetooth und Standort müssen in den iPhone-Einstellungen unter Servire erlaubt sein — beides ist von Apple/SumUp vorgeschrieben.
SumUp-Konto: muss aktiv und für Tap to Pay freigeschaltet sein. Bei "Tap to Pay nicht unterstützt" wende dich an den SumUp-Support — die Freischaltung dauert in der Regel nur wenige Minuten.
Apple-ID-Region: Deutsche oder österreichische Apple-ID erforderlich.
Aktivierung wiederholen: in der Servire Kassen-App unter Einstellungen → Zahlungsanbieter die Tap-to-Pay-Aktivierung neu starten und dem Assistenten folgen.

Klappt es danach immer noch nicht, melde dich beim Support mit dem iPhone-Modell und der iOS-Version.

Trinkgeld kannst du beim Abrechnen pro Beleg erfassen — entweder als Betrag oder als Prozentsatz vom Rechnungsbetrag. Es wird sauber von der Umsatzsumme getrennt und korrekt verbucht.

Aufteilung im Team (Servicekasse):

Für jede Schicht und jeden Servicemitarbeiter kann eine eigene Servicekasse geführt werden. Trinkgelder aus Karten- und Barzahlungen werden automatisch der Person zugeordnet, die die Rechnung kassiert hat. Beim Schichtende siehst du:

Brauche ich neue Hardware?

In der Regel nicht. Servire läuft auf vorhandenen iPhones und iPads ab iOS/iPadOS 17 — bei iPads heißt das ab der 6. Generation (2018), bei iPhones ab iPhone XS bzw. XR. Du brauchst kein teures Spezialterminal.

Gebrauchte iPads bekommst du ab etwa 200 €. Einen passenden EPSON-Bondrucker, falls noch keiner vorhanden ist, gibt es ab rund 200 €. Eine Kassenlade wird über den Bondrucker angesteuert und kostet ebenfalls etwa 80–150 €. Für Kartenzahlungen reicht im einfachsten Fall ein aktuelles iPhone — mit Tap to Pay zahlst du ganz ohne separates Terminal.

Was kann ich tun, wenn Bons mehrfach gedruckt werden?

Mehrfache Ausdrucke entstehen fast immer durch kurze Aussetzer in der WLAN-Verbindung zwischen iPad und Drucker. Der Drucker selbst druckt nie von sich aus doppelt. Folgende Einstellungen im Netzwerk helfen zuverlässig:

Wirksamste Sofortmaßnahme

Verbinde den Bondrucker per LAN-Kabel mit dem Router oder Switch. Damit fallen alle WLAN-bedingten Aussetzer komplett weg.

Wenn der Drucker im WLAN bleiben muss

Vergib dem Drucker eine feste IP-Adresse über die DHCP-Reservierung im Router.
Stelle sicher, dass iPad und Drucker im selben WLAN bzw. an demselben Access Point arbeiten — keine Gäste-SSID, keine getrennten VLANs.
Reduziere aggressives WLAN-Roaming und Band Steering für die Kassen-iPads.

Bei UniFi-Netzwerken (Ubiquiti)

Diese zwei Standard-Einstellungen führen erfahrungsgemäß zu Verbindungsabbrüchen mit POS-Druckern und sollten deaktiviert werden:

Im UniFi-Controller unter System → Auto-Optimize Network: ausschalten.
In den WLAN-Einstellungen der iPad-SSID Block LAN to WLAN Multicast and Broadcast Traffic: ausschalten.

Weitere Tipps

Bei mehreren Druckern: stelle sicher, dass jeder Drucker eine eindeutige IP-Adresse hat und nicht doppelt im System registriert ist.
Vermeide Layer-2-Loops durch unmanaged Switches hinter dem Hauptnetzwerk.

Your data is preserved. When downgrading from Pro to Free, Pro features are deactivated, but all historical data remains available.

What is the difference between a single-purpose voucher and a multi-purpose voucher?

Accepted Answer

With a single-purpose voucher, the specific service and tax rate for which it will be redeemed are determined at the time of sale – therefore, VAT is due upon sale. With a multi-purpose voucher, this is still open (for example, a €50 voucher), and the tax is only incurred upon redemption. Servire automatically records both types correctly, so you don't need to worry about it.
