New employees register themselves and then connect to your venue. In the Web desk, you can view the connection code under Settings > Employees.

What are PLU codes and how do I use them?

PLU codes are short numbers for your items. Instead of tapping, simply enter the number. For example: 101 for Cola, 102 for Fanta. This speeds up checkout enormously, especially during high customer volume.

Yes! Offline mode stores all transactions locally on each device. As soon as internet is available again, all data is automatically synced. The TSE also works offline.

The Hub for kitchen monitor, customer display and digital menu works in a browser or as an app on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android.
