Is Servire suitable for mixed counter and table service?

Yes. The POS app has two views: the Quick Checkout for counter sales and the Table View for table service. You can switch between them at any time. An order from the Quick Checkout can be processed directly or assigned to a table if the guest decides to sit down. Instructions: Switching views and assigning a counter order to a table .

Can I add extras like oat milk or syrup?

Yes. In the Web desk , under Menu → ⋯ → Edit Variants , create a variant like "Milk" or "Syrup", with options and surcharges, for example, oat milk + €0.50. With Multiple Selection , you can add several extras at once. Then, you attach the variant to the relevant item. When ring up, your team taps the extras, and the surcharge is added automatically.
