Switch view: Tables ↔ Counter
Beta: Switch between table plan view and cash register-like counter view — for service and counter setups.
Servire offers two operating modes: the classic table view (table plan, parties, courses) and the counter mode (cash register-like, shopping cart, direct sales). The latter is intended as a beta feature for cafes, snack bars, and similar establishments.
Switch mode
Open Settings → General → Operating Mode. You will see two options: Table View (default) and Counter View (Beta). Tap on the desired option, confirm, and restart the app (or return to the table plan).
In counter mode, the service screen looks different: no tables, but a continuous order list plus a shopping cart icon. You select items directly from the menu, they go into the cart, and at checkout you pay—often directly with cash or card without going through the table process.
Counter mode is ideal for coffee chains, food trucks, or bakeries — where customers order at the counter, pay immediately, and leave. For restaurants with seating, table view is usually more suitable.
Beta means: the feature is under development, may change, and is not yet available for all account types. For inquiries or feedback, please contact server support.
