Here's how to download the Servire POS app to your iPhone or iPad
The Servire POS app is available for free in the Apple App Store. You can install the app on your iPhone or iPad in just a few steps.
Requirements
You need an iPhone or iPad with iOS 17.6 or iPadOS 17.6 or later, an Apple ID (which can be created for free during device setup), and an internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular. If your device is not yet set up, first follow the instructions in the article Set up a new Apple device.
Installation from the App Store
Tap the App Store icon on your home screen. Tap Search in the bottom right corner and enter Servire. Select Servire POS System (provider: Servire GmbH) from the search results. Alternatively, open this link directly on your device: Servire in the App Store.
Tap Download and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. After installation, the Servire icon will appear on your home screen. If you already have an account, tap Sign In and enter your email address and password. If you're new, tap Register — instructions can be found at Registering with Servire.
Multiple devices simultaneously
You can use the same login credentials on any number of iPhones and iPads simultaneously. All devices synchronize in real time via the cloud. This is particularly useful in customer service when multiple employees are taking orders at the same time.
Enable automatic updates
To ensure you always have the latest version with the newest features and security updates, it's best to activate Settings → App Store → App Updates. This keeps the POS app up-to-date in the background — without you having to worry about it.
