Reservation settings in the Web desk
Setting up the online reservation: wizard, settings dialog and its five tabs.
With online reservations, guests can book a table via your reservation link, your Servire website, or a widget on your own website. You can configure all of this in the Web desk under Reservations via the gear icon in the top right corner.
Prerequisite: The Reservations module is part of the Max plan ( switch plans ). Upon first opening it, a wizard will guide you through the setup. It will ask you the following questions in sequence: Data Processing Agreement ( more information here ), Opening Hours, Reservation Hours, Tables & Capacities, Confirmation, Widget Integration, and whether past reservations are completed Automatically or Manually. Once completed, online reservations will be activated.

Click the gear icon
At the top of the Reservations page, you'll see the status Active or Inactive and the gear icon on the right. Use the status to deactivate and reactivate online reservations; existing reservations will remain active.

The dialog has five tabs. Save saves all tabs at once. If a tab contains an error, it is highlighted, and the dialog jumps to that tab when saving. The info icon next to each heading explains the fields below it.
The Five Horsemen
General information – reservation link, group sizes, booking window, allergies in the guest widget
Times & Capacity – Reservation duration, time slots, buffer time, table occupancy duration, reservation times
Confirmation & Emails – Confirmation type, reminders, required fields, no-show protection, automatic completion
Guest texts – welcome and confirmation text, widget texts, cancellation policy
Embedding – Reservation widget on your own website
Guests only see available times if tables are reservable online and have a specified number of seats ( create areas and a table plan ). Only tables within your reservation times are bookable; without your own reservation times, the opening hours apply. If opening hours are missing, the page displays No opening hours entered yet with the links Check setup and Enter opening hours now.
