Trace and export TSE failures

This way you can see every TSE failure with reason and evidence, enter measures and export the log.

If the cash register cannot sign transactions with the TSE Security Equipment), Servire records this as an outage: when it started and ended, why, and which receipts are affected. You can find the log in the Web desk under Settings → TSE → TSE Outages, add your corrective actions, and export it for a cash register audit or tax audit.

Prerequisite: A subscription from Solo upwards and a configured TSE. If a failure is still pending, a dot on the ** TSE** tab will indicate A TSE failure is still pending.

What an entry shows

  • Type of failure, such as malfunction with the TSE signature, ** TSE or cash register not available at the provider** or ** TSE or cash register switched off**.

  • Period from the first affected process until ** TSE is reachable again**. If the outage is still ongoing, it will say ongoing.

  • Reason in words, for example Network connection to the TSE provider disrupted.

  • Status of the receipts: open, ** signed retroactively**, partially abandoned or documented, including the number.

Open an entry to see the affected documents with document number, type, and date. Entries marked reconstructed were subsequently compiled by Servire from older documents; the start and end dates are estimated.

Enter action

Open the entry, write what you did under New Action, for example "Checked internet connection, replaced router", and click on Save Action. Actions will remain in the log with the date and name.

Export

Click on Export, select the time period and the format: PDF for saving or CSV for further processing. Clicking Create Export downloads the file. It contains all outages affecting the selected time period, along with their supporting documentation and actions.

Documents that were subsequently signed retroactively after the failure will then bear their signature. The DSFinV-K export also indicates when the signature was applied. If processes are stuck: Resubmit failed TSE transactions.
