Establishment of additional restaurants
Here's how to set up additional restaurants for branches or locations.
With your Servire account, you can create as many restaurants as you like—for example, for branches, multiple locations, or seasonal pop-ups. Each restaurant has its own menu, seating plan, and statistics. You can switch between them at any time.
Adding additional restaurants is only possible in the web desk (desk.servire.de), not in the POS app.
Here's how to add another restaurant

1. Open settings
In the web desktop, open the settings via the navigation bar in the bottom left corner. You will find the "Create new restaurant" button in the top right corner.

2. Build a new restaurant
Click on "Create new restaurant". The form for entering the name of the new restaurant will open.

3. Assign and confirm a name
Enter the name of the new restaurant and click on Create Restaurant.

4. Done — new restaurant open
The new restaurant is available immediately and will be automatically selected as the active restaurant. It will appear in the top right corner of the restaurant dropdown menu and can be selected at any time from now on.
Change restaurant
You can switch between your restaurants at any time in the top right corner of the web desk via the "Restaurant" dropdown menu. In the POS app, you'll find the restaurant selection in the menu.
What you should know

Price per restaurant: The Servire Pro rate applies per restaurant. If you operate two restaurants on the Pro rate, you will be charged twice.

Individual master data: Each restaurant has its own menu, staff, printer, seating plans, and TSE (Technical Security Equipment). Data is not automatically transferred between restaurants.

Copy menus: You can copy an existing menu to another restaurant via the Actions menu. This saves a lot of time for similar concepts.

Shared staff: Staff can be assigned to multiple restaurants—they log in with one account and select the restaurant.
