Manage subscriptions and invoices
Here's how to sign up for Servire Pro, cancel your subscription, download invoices, and manage your payment details.
Overview
In the Servire Web Desk under Settings → Subscription, you'll find all your restaurants with their current subscription status. Here you can subscribe to, cancel, or reactivate Servire Pro, manage your payment method in Stripe, and download all invoices.

Server Free vs. Server Pro
Every newly created restaurant starts on the Free Plan — you can take orders, print receipts, and use all basic functions. For the TSE mandatory functions (fiscalization according to KassenSichV), the DSFinV-K export for the tax office, employee permissions, cash book, advanced statistics, and all other Pro features, you need an active Servire Pro subscription.
Price
Servire Pro costs €59 net per month per restaurant and can be cancelled monthly. There are no additional costs for installation, updates, or support.
Complete Server Pro
Next to your chosen restaurant, click on Subscribe. You will be redirected to our payment provider Stripe where you can pay securely by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or Apple/Google Pay. After successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately—all Pro features will be available right away.
If you were invited to work at an existing restaurant, you cannot subscribe or cancel the service. This function is reserved for the restaurant owner/creator.
Manage or cancel your subscription
For active Pro subscriptions, you can see the status (e.g., Renewed on June 15, 2026) and access the Stripe Customer Portal via Manage. There you can change your payment method, adjust your billing address, or cancel your subscription.
Termination
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period. After that, the restaurant will automatically revert to the free plan. You can switch back at any time via Reactivate.
View and download invoices
In the Invoices section, you'll find all subscription invoices sorted by year. You can download each invoice as a PDF — it contains the information relevant for accounting (invoice number, tax rate, VAT, billing address).
The same invoices and payment receipts are also available via Manage in the Stripe Customer Portal — useful if your accounting department works directly with Stripe.
Different plans for each restaurant
Each restaurant has its own subscription. For example, you can run your main restaurant on the Pro plan and use a pop-up location or event space on the Free plan for individual events. Billing is kept completely separate.
