Export cash book as PDF or CSV

Monthly accounting export — PDF for printing, CSV for Excel or DATEV. Date range freely selectable.

For your tax advisor, your own analysis, or DATEV data transfer, you regularly need your cash book data as a file. Servire exports everything to PDF or CSV — with a freely selectable date range.

Start export

Open the cash book history (see article "Viewing cash book history"). Tap the export icon (up arrow or cloud) in the upper right corner. The menu options are Download PDF and Download CSV.

First, select the date range — This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last Year, or Custom (From/To). Confirm. The app generates the file and opens the iOS share sheet — you can save it via AirDrop, Mail, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or locally.

PDF vs. CSV

PDF is suitable for printing or as a direct attachment to accounting records. It contains the opening balance, all transactions with date, item, amount, VAT, and closing balance. CSV is machine-readable—perfect for Excel analyses or DATEV import.

For your monthly accounting, export the previous month's data as a PDF on the 1st of the following month. This will automatically give you the complete month with the month-end closing statement. Send the file directly to your tax advisor.

Exports are read-only snapshots at the time of export. Subsequent changes or cancellations are not included in the export—create a new export if needed.
