Login and logout: Servire Handbook

Every workday begins with logging in at the checkout. If you have logged in to this iPad before, your password is sufficient. The first time, you will need to enter your email address and password together.

Log in with your saved account

Tap Sign in on the home screen.

Select your account from the Recent Logins list.

Enter your password and tap Sign in. The eye icon will briefly display the password if you wish to check it.

Ready

The table plan opens automatically when a shift is active. Without an active shift, you will be taken to the overview.

In Recent Logins, tap the person icon in the top right corner.

Tap Sign in. Alternatively, you can create a new account via Register.

Enter your email address and password. Confirm your registration by clicking the checkmark in the upper right corner.

To remove an entry from Recent Logins, swipe it to the left and tap Delete—the account itself will remain. If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen and confirm: You will receive an email with a link to reset it.

Log out

Open the overview using the house symbol on the table plan.

Tap the sign-out icon (arrow out of a rectangle) in the top right corner.

Logging out does not end a current shift—it continues until you select "End shift" in the overview. An internet connection is required for each login, even for previously saved accounts; the app will warn you before logging out if you are offline.
