Setting up action buttons and quick keys
Make frequently used actions readily available in the POS app.
In the Web desk → Settings → POS, open Action Button → Pen. Here you can customize the menu of the round action button in the POS app.
Select and sort menu items
Activate the required entries: To-Go Order, Deposit Return, Vouchers at Checkout, Open Cash Drawer, Send Message, and Cancellation. Drag the entries into the desired order using the sorting handle.
Make two actions directly accessible
Assigning quick keys
Under Quick Button 1 and Quick Button 2, select your most frequently used actions. No Quick Button leaves the respective slot empty. Confirm with Save.
Actions assigned to quick buttons do not need to be listed again in the action button menu. If all entries are disabled or assigned as quick buttons, the action button disappears.
Visibility does not replace employee authorization or required hardware. For example, a compatible cash drawer must be connected to open a cash drawer.
