Action menu on the table plan

The floating three-dot menu in the bottom right corner is the central entry point for workflows without table reference — ToGo, Deposit, Voucher, Cancellation, Message.

While the tables accommodate standard orders, there are also actions that aren't tied to a specific table—a takeaway order, a voucher sale, a deposit return, a cancellation of an old bill, a printer message. All of these are grouped together in the actions menu in the bottom right corner of the table plan.

Step 1

A dark circle with three dots is floating in the bottom right corner of the table plan. Tap it — the action menu will open.

Actions in the menu

To-go order — new order without a table. Deposit return — take back the deposit, pay out cash. Voucher sale — sell a new voucher. Send message — free text note to the kitchen or bar. Cancellation — cancel an order that has already been processed, either from the current or a previous shift.

Tapping an action immediately opens the corresponding workflow. The action menu allows you to access many functions faster than via Overview → Settings → ...

Not every action is always visible. The "Cancel" option only appears for employees with cancellation rights. The "Send message" option only appears if at least one printer is configured with a destination. Deposit refunds and voucher sales are available to all registered employees.
