Menu Generator (PDF): Servire Handbook

With the Menu Generator, you can create print-ready PDFs for your guests from your digital menus — without an external layout program. You can open it in the top right corner of the menu page via the More menu (…) and the entry Menu Generator.

Select design

Six templates are available:

Classic — black and white, clean typography
Modern — minimalist, plenty of white space
Elegant — refined layout for upscale restaurants
Urban — dark background, bold colors
Vintage — warm earth tones
Traditional — structured and businesslike

Display options

Menu — which menus should be included in the PDF
Descriptions — public descriptions per item
PLUs — quick access numbers
Menu Names — headings per menu
Labels — allergens and additives
Prices — show or hide
Variants — print with surcharge
Item Deposit — show deposit surcharges
Price Simplification — reduces whole prices, €5.00 becomes 5; rounding is not performed, €4.87 remains €4.87

In the Footer field, you can enter text for each page—for example, allergen information, opening hours, or legal notices; with the Show footer only on the first page toggle, it will only appear once. The Accent color colors headings and separator lines. Clicking Download Menu will give you the finished PDF for printing.

Since the generator always uses the current version of your menu, you can create a fresh PDF in under a minute after every change — menu maintenance without separate DTP.
