Add another party

Multiple groups at the same table — e.g., two couples who want to pay separately. Parties divide an order into several subgroups.

A large table often seats several independent groups—for example, two couples who want to eat together but pay separately. The POS app supports this with its "parties" feature: each party has its own order, its own receipt, and its own bill.

Create a second party

Schritt 1 von 1

Step 1

Open the table order and tap the people icon with a plus sign in the top right corner (add people).

The button opens the menu for the new party directly—no name dialog appears. You assign a name separately via the party's three-dot menu by selecting "Name party." The entered name is automatically saved as a template and will be available for selection next time.

Orders per party

In the order view, each party appears as its own section (Party 1, Party 2, ...). New items are assigned to the desired party after selection. This ensures a clear allocation during subsequent invoicing.

You can later rename a party or merge it with another party using the same three-dot menu.

When billing for a single party (Euro symbol in the party section), only its share is calculated—the other parties remain unbilled. Tip: Enter the number of people per party before billing to make later allocation per person easier.
