Set receipt logo and receipt options
Design your receipt logo and determine which additional information should appear on the receipt.
Open Web desk → Settings → Restaurant → Invoices. Under Receipt you will find the toggles and image upload option. You can also change the toggles in the dialog box using the pencil icon.
Upload receipt logo
Select and crop the image
Click on Upload Image or Replace Image, or drag your image onto the upload area. The image must be at least 500 × 200 pixels. Crop it to size in the Crop Image Area dialog box and confirm with Done. Cancel ends the cropping process without uploading.
Servire saves the receipt logo in a 5:2 aspect ratio, as a grayscale PNG with 500 × 200 pixels. It is used for receipts and PDF invoices. You can set the colored brand logo for your guest website separately under Branding.
The completed image upload is applied immediately. Removing an image also takes effect instantly. No additional saving step is required in the invoice dialog for logo changes.
Hide item options without prices
Enabled: Options without a price are hidden on the customer receipt, for example, preparation instructions only. An option with an explicitly entered €0 price remains visible. This setting changes the receipt display, not the order or the calculated totals.
Print customer card on the receipt
Show customer card
When customer management is activated, the option Print customer card on receipt appears. This adds a QR code: for assigned guests, the customer card with points; otherwise, an invitation to the guest account.
This QR code is different from the download code for the receipt. You configure receipt printing and the download QR code in the POS tab.
