Servire AI Chat (Support Assistant)
Question about a function? The built-in AI chat in the account provides direct assistance with specific instructions and operating tips.
Instead of flipping through the manual or calling support, ask the Service AI chat directly. It knows all the app's functions, can explain workflows, and provides concrete step-by-step instructions.
Open chat
In the overview (house icon → overview) you will find the entry "Servire AI Chat". Tap to open the chat window. Type your question in free speech — the AI assistant usually responds within seconds.
Typical questions
Examples: "How do I cancel a processed receipt?", "Where can I find the Z-report?", "Why isn't my printer working?". The AI uses the official manual documentation as a knowledge base and supplements it with logic from the code.
For questions the AI cannot answer (very rare special cases, malfunctions), it will automatically connect you to human support. You can also tap "Speak to human" at any time.
The AI chat is Pro-only — with standard subscriptions, the button is hidden or displays an upgrade message. Pro users receive unlimited requests.
