Understanding table colors and service time

The color and the small dot on the table reveal at a glance: free, occupied, long unattended — all without tapping the table.

The seating plan communicates a lot without words. Based on the table color, the frame, and small dots, you can immediately see where attention is needed.

Table colors

Green without a border = available, can be booked with a new order. Orange border = active with an open order, one or more parties have placed an order. Gray with a symbol = table is reserved as a BillLater (see Pay Later).

Service Time Point

The small colored dot at the top of the table indicates the service time — how long ago was the last action (order, service)? Green means fresh, yellow calls for attention, red signals: the guest has been waiting here for a long time.

When red dots become too numerous, the team is overloaded. The owner can see the service time in the statistics section and use this information to determine when additional help is needed.

The thresholds for yellow and red are configured in the web interface (typically 10/20 minutes from the last service). The owner can set higher values for pause mode or a relaxed atmosphere.
