Delete account

Permanently delete your service employee account — legally enshrined right to data deletion. Warning: irrevocable.

If you no longer need your server account—for example, when leaving the industry—you can permanently delete it. The GDPR guarantees you this right (right to be forgotten). Please note: once confirmed, this action cannot be reversed.

Start account deletion

Open Settings → Delete Account (highlighted in red at the end of the list). A warning dialog will appear outlining the consequences of deletion: data will be removed, connections to restaurants will be lost, and logging into the app will no longer be possible.

Confirm with your current password (protection against accidental deletion by third parties). Tap Permanently delete — the account will be immediately removed from the server database.

What will remain?

For legal reasons (German Commercial Code, Principles for the Proper Keeping and Use of Books, Records and Documents in Electronic Form and for Data Access, Cash Register Security Ordinance), certain data remains in the restaurant shift reports—for example, that a booking was made by an employee [X]. However, your account, personal data, and login information are completely removed.

Before deleting your data, you may want to export it — via Settings → Privacy → Download data you can get a copy of all data associated with your account.

If you only want to take a short break (e.g., for a trip lasting several months), simply log out—your account will remain and can be used again at any time. Deleting your account is permanent.
