Copy and renew restaurant PIN
The restaurant PIN allows employees to link their server account to your business.
In the Web desk → Settings → Restaurant, open the PIN section. Copy the connection code to your clipboard using Copy PIN.
This PIN links your Servire account to the restaurant. It is not the personal employee PIN for logging into the POS system. An existing account connection also works on other devices.
Assign a new PIN
Regenerate PIN
As the account holder, select Generate new PIN. Only Yes will a new PIN be assigned. Cancel leaves everything unchanged.
The old PIN can no longer be used for new connections. All existing connections remain active. Therefore, a new PIN does not log employees out or revoke their permissions.
Employees connect
Share the current code with the employees who should have access. The process is described under "Connecting to a Restaurant." The same connection code can be used by multiple employees in succession.
