View order list
All open orders across all tables at a glance — sorted by table and area, with service time indicator.
Who can keep track of everything in a packed restaurant? The order list displays all active orders across all tables in a scrollable list — with item summary, total amount, and service time (how long ago the last order was placed). Perfect for a quick overview without having to tap on each table individually.
Open order list

Schritt 1 von 1
Step 1
Tap the list icon in the upper right corner of the table plan. By default, the Print Jobs tab opens—switch to Order List using the Segmented control at the top.
Each line displays the area, table number, party number, quantity and sample items, the service time (how long since the last action), and the total amount. Tapping on a line opens the order, just like tapping on a table in the plan.
Understanding Service Time
The red or yellow number with a clock symbol (e.g., > 552 days, > 12 hours) indicates how long has passed since the last booking for this order. A long service time usually means the guest has been waiting too long for service. In a busy restaurant, these values help ensure no one is forgotten.
Use the filter (top right) to hide areas you don't manage yourself—for example, the patio if you only manage the indoor area. This keeps the list manageable.
To-go orders also appear in the order list, marked "To-go" instead of a table. This is convenient because they are not visible on the table plan.
