Counter orders can be paid for directly.

In counter mode, enter all the information in the order panel and collect with one button — no waiting for a table.

The counter mode is designed for quick sales: order and pay immediately. You enter all the necessary information directly in the order panel, and the transaction is completed with a single button.

Direct billing

In the counter order panel, you specify the type of order, price category, and payment method in advance. Below that, you enter the amount received—tips and change are displayed directly—and select the receipt option.

The footer displays a single button that shows the amount to be charged, for example, "Charge €12.50," with the selected payment method as a subtitle; if the shopping cart is empty, it simply says "Pay." For cash, invoice, or generic debit card payments, the transaction is processed invisibly after tapping the button; no further screen appears. Only when redeeming a voucher or paying by card via SumUp or Stripe is a sheet for the redemption or reader interface displayed.

To keep the order open, use the menu behind the three dots on the right side of the header: If a table is selected, the entry is "Submit"; without a table, it's "Park"—the to-go order will then remain as an open receipt. If the shopping cart is empty, the entry is deactivated.

In cafes and bakeries, this is the standard procedure: the customer comes to the counter, orders, and pays immediately. In table mode, the workflow would be longer due to the intermediate step of table selection.

With direct billing, the order is closed immediately and no longer appears as an open order. For complaints or cancellations, please use the standard cancellation workflow via the action menu.
