Service
Counter orders can be paid for directly.
In counter mode, send your order and pay immediately — a streamlined workflow, no waiting for a table.
The counter mode is optimized for quick sales: take the order, have the kitchen/counter prepared, and pay immediately. Instead of two steps (send, then bill later), there's a single button that does both in one go.
Direct billing
In the shopping cart, you'll find two action buttons: Submit (classic — sends the order to the kitchen, but it remains open) and Pay directly (combined: Submit + Payment Flow). Tapping Pay immediately opens the summary screen, just like the detailed invoice.
Select your payment method (cash, card, etc.), enter the tip/change, and confirm with "Settle." Servire prints the kitchen receipt and the till receipt in one step—the guest receives the receipt immediately and can wait for their food.
In cafes and bakeries, this is THE standard procedure: the customer comes to the counter, orders, and pays immediately—all in under 30 seconds. In table mode, the workflow would be longer due to the intermediate step of table selection.
With direct billing, the order is closed immediately and no longer appears as an open order. For complaints or cancellations, please use the standard cancellation workflow via the action menu.
