Moving individual items between parties and aisles – Servire Handbook

Sometimes an item accidentally ends up in the wrong party or aisle. Instead of canceling and reordering, simply transfer it – quickly and without a TSE cancellation.

In the order, tap on the item you want to move — the item details will open.

Tap the three-dot menu next to the item name. The menu will show "To other party" and "To other aisle".

Select the destination — another party at the table or another course (appetizer, main course, dessert). The item will be sent immediately, including all variations, notes, and any applicable discounts.

Moving items works for entire quantities or, in the case of multiple quantities, for just a portion (e.g., 2 out of 5 beers). The plus/minus buttons at the bottom of the detail sheet show the adjustable quantity.

Items already sent (printed receipt in the kitchen) remain in the statistics of the original booking. Only the item itself is moved to the new destination—the history remains traceable.
