name party
Instead of "Party 1", give it a descriptive name — "Müller Family", "Table on the Left", "Birthday". Includes templates for reuse.
When several parties are at the same table, the standard names Party 1, Party 2, and so on quickly become confusing. Using named parties—such as "Müller Family" or "Women's Table"—helps you and your colleagues keep track.
assign names

Schritt 1 von 1
Step 1
Open the order, tap the party's three-dot menu and select Name party.
An input dialog opens with a text field and a list of existing templates (previous names). Type a new name or select a template by tapping it—the saved name will then be entered into the input field. Confirm with the checkmark.
Manage templates
Assigned names are automatically saved as templates—they can be selected directly from the list the next time you name a party. You can delete a template by clicking the X icon in the row; a confirmation prompt will appear. Saved names cannot be edited.
For business meals or reservations with names, party naming is practical: The name appears at the top of the order and kitchen slip, ensuring clear identification by the service staff. It does not appear on the bill.
