Set up vouchers at the checkout
Specify voucher type and automatic opening of the data entry.
To make changes in the Payments section, you need the Change Payment Settings permission.
In the Web desk → Settings → Cash Register, open Payments → Pen and scroll to Vouchers.
Set voucher options
With voucher type selectable, staff can choose between single-purpose and multi-purpose vouchers during sales. If deactivated, only multi-purpose vouchers are offered.
Open automatically upon redemption

Nothing: No scanning will open automatically.

Voucher Scanner: The camera will open to scan the voucher code.

Card Reading: NFC scanning will start, provided the device supports it.
NFC card reading is not possible on the iPad. You can enter the voucher code or open the QR scanner via the QR code icon.
Make the voucher menu visible
Under Action Button, you can enable or disable vouchers at checkout. This setting affects the menu item for sales and balance checks. You configure the voucher type for online sales separately under Vouchers → Online Sales. Save your changes in the dialog box.
