Set number of people and service time instructions
Mandatory recording of guest numbers and highlighting waiting times with color.
In the Web desk → Settings → Cash Register, open More settings → Pen.
Set the number of people and time guidelines.
Activate the desired switches. When service time indicators are enabled, Yellow from (minutes) and Red from (minutes) will appear below. Save your changes.
Mandatory recording of the number of people
The requirement can be activated separately for table orders and takeaway orders. If the number of people is missing, the POS app will ask for it. An existing number of guests at the table can be used.
Setting service time reminders
Show service time alerts in the POS app activates the color-coded alerts. Set the number of minutes after which the indicator turns yellow or red. The default settings are 15 and 30 minutes. The alerts are based on the last transaction; they do not measure whether a dish was actually served.
These values only change the display. No orders are automatically canceled or billed as a result.
