Service

associate with a restaurant

Connect to the first restaurant via PIN from the owner — then you can start shifts and take orders.

After registering, you need to connect to the restaurant where you work. This is done using a 6-digit PIN that the owner generates for you in the web portal. Without this connection, you cannot take orders.

Get PIN from the owner

The owner opens the restaurant's employee list in the Servire web desk (desk.servire.de) and taps "Add employee." There, they will see a PIN, which they then communicate to you verbally, via WhatsApp, or QR code. The PIN is valid for 24 hours.

Connection in the app

The first time you log in after registration — or when you tap "Connect to Restaurant" on the overview screen — you will be prompted to enter your PIN. Enter the 6 digits and tap the checkmark.

The app displays the restaurant's name, address, and the permissions the owner has configured for you. Confirm with "Connect"—that's it. You can now start a shift and take orders.

If the PIN doesn't work, it may have expired or already been used. Ask the account holder for a new one. A PIN can only be used for one account at a time.

Permissions (e.g., "can process payments," "can end shift," "can access the cash book") are configured by the owner in the web portal for each employee. If you are unable to perform a specific function, the permission may not be set.
