Manage vouchers in the web desk
How to manage coupons in the web desk
In the web desk, navigate to Vouchers. The list displays all vouchers for the selected period—those created in the administration system, as well as those sold at the point of sale and online. Above this, three key figures for the entire location are shown: outstanding balance, redeemable vouchers, and expiration in 60 days.
Filter and search the list
The table lists the voucher code, amount, remaining value, expiry date, status, source, and date created. Under Status, select Active, Redeemed, Expired, or All; under Source, select All Sources, POS, Administration, or Online. The Period and Predefined Period options determine the selected range. Loading More adds 50 rows.
The magnifying glass icon opens the "Search for vouchers" field. A search overrides the status filter, so you can also find redeemed vouchers.
Details, redemptions and extensions
Clicking on a line opens voucher details including code, amount, remaining value, expiry date, status, issue date, and creator. The redemption history lists each redemption with the amount, date, and remaining value thereafter.
For vouchers from Quelle Administration that haven't yet been sold, the dialog offers the option to redeem manually, as long as a remaining balance exists. You enter the redemption date and amount; the amount must not exceed the remaining balance. You can extend the validity period by clicking the icon next to "Valid until"—this also works for sold vouchers.
Sold vouchers are write-protected: editing, manual redemption, and deletion remain blocked. Deletion is only possible for administrative vouchers that have not been redeemed.
