Reprint individual booking or share as a PDF
Print the shift activity list again for each booking or share it as a PDF via share sheet.
If a guest needs a lost receipt or if you want to send a booking to the tax advisor by email, you will find the recurrence options directly on each booking in the shift activity list.
Action menu per booking
In the shift details view, you see all bookings chronologically. Each booking has a three-dot menu on the right. Tapping it opens the options: Share as PDF and Print.
Share PDF
For invoices or deposit entries, "Share as PDF" opens a submenu with options "With hospitality documentation" and "Without hospitality documentation". After selection, the iOS share sheet opens—you can share it via AirDrop, Mail, Slack, or iCloud Drive.
Print again
Printing sends the receipt again to the configured printer. For invoices, this includes a submenu for entertainment receipts; otherwise, it's sent directly. In hub mode, the print job is sent to the print hub.
For complaint cases, share the PDF directly at the table via AirDrop to the guest's smartphone — faster than by email and without entering an address.
Cancellation from this view is not possible — there is a separate cancellation workflow in the action menu on the table plan. Detailed views of individual bookings are also not available here — however, the receipt preview shows all relevant data.
