View service counters of all employees
Owner and manager view: all open service cash registers with balance and status — edit manually if corrections are needed.
As the owner or with appropriate authorization, you can see all service tills of all employees on the current shift—who paid how much, who checked in, who checked out. Practical for monitoring and oversight in larger teams.
Open list
Open the overview (house icon) and tap on the shift card (Active shift since...). In the shift details view, you'll find a three-dot menu in the upper right corner with the option "Service tills" — tapping this opens a list of all shift employees, their current balance, status (check-in/check-out), and tip amount.
For each entry, tap the three-dot menu to manually edit the balance—for example, to add a forgotten entry or manually correct a discrepancy. Every manual adjustment is TSE-signed and logged as a correction by [Your Name].
Manual adjustments should remain the exception—frequent discrepancies indicate a process problem (e.g., an operator taking payment without issuing a receipt). Discuss this with your team before manual corrections become the norm.
The service counter list is only visible to employees with drawer management authorization—typically owners, management, and selected shift supervisors. This authorization is configured for each employee in the web interface.
