With Activate reminder emails, guests with an email address will automatically receive a reminder before their appointment – only for confirmed reservations. Reminder X hours before sets the time, for example, 24 hours.

Required fields for manual reservations

Request by phone or email

Request by phone or email

This applies when your employees create a reservation at the POS or Web desk . A name is always required. Reservations cannot be saved without a phone number or email address. Walk-ins and online reservations are exempt.

No-show protection

Automatic blocking of no-shows

Automatic blocking of no-shows

If a guest fails to appear a certain number of times, they will be automatically blocked from making online reservations. An empty entry means they are not blocked. Your staff can still make reservations for blocked guests, and you can remove the block on the reservation card by clicking Remove Block.

Automatic completion

Automatically complete reservations

Automatically complete reservations

If the switch is activated, Servire closes reservations for arriving guests after the scheduled end time plus Waiting time after reservation end (min.), and the table becomes available again. Without this option, your team handles this, and the table remains occupied until then. Confirmed reservations without a recorded arrival are closed no earlier than the following day. Keep waitlist (min.) – this is how long a notified waitlist guest has to wait; after that, their entry expires. No-show after (min., 0 = off) – if no arrival is recorded, Servire marks open requests and confirmed reservations as no-shows for that many minutes after the start time. This automatic feature is off by default; record arrivals in a timely manner if you use it.

Servire checks every five minutes. Open orders and payments remain unchanged, and guests do not receive an email for automatic status changes.
