Table context menu via long press

Press and hold the table for a longer time — and you will see a preview of the current order plus quick actions, without opening the table.

Instead of opening a table just to see what's been ordered, simply press and hold it briefly. A context menu will open with a preview of the order and quick actions—faster than a full tap.

What appears in the context menu

For an occupied table: preview of items and total, plus actions such as add item, add party, move order to another table, or cancel. For an empty table: only the action "New Order".

The preview is read-only—you cannot edit directly. To make changes, tap the table normally. The long press is ideal for quick status checks: What's still outstanding? What's the total bill?

Long press only works on iPads with touchscreens — not with a mouse/trackpad. On an iPad with a Magic Keyboard, use a two-finger tap instead of long press.
