Guest access, VIP and invoice delivery
How guests use their guest account, how to mark VIPs, and how to set up invoice delivery via email.
The guest account doesn't require any separate settings. You mark each guest as VIP; the settings for sending invoices are located in the Web desk under Guests → Gear icon in the More section.
Prerequisite: Guest management is part of the Max plan ( change plan ) and must be activated ( set up guest management ). Only those with the Manage Guests right can make changes; all others can only view the settings.
Guest account
With guest management enabled, your guests' guest accounts are automatically accessible. Guests log in with their email address via a link or code, or with Google or Apple. Under My Card, they can see their QR code, stamps, and balance. They can access their account via the account login on your Servire website, the QR code on the receipt ( receipt options ), or the link in emails sent to guests. If you disable guest management, the account will immediately become inaccessible to you.
If a guest checks out of your guest app while there are still outstanding payments or messages, their checkout is only temporarily recorded: allergy information and newsletter consent are immediately deleted, and their profile displays a notification. Once all payments are settled, the profile is automatically deleted.
VIP mark
There is no automatic VIP assignment. You manually mark a guest using the VIP Guest toggle in the Edit Guest dialog ( Create and Edit Guest ). They will then have a star, and you can filter the guest list by VIP.
Invoice automatically sent by email

Further section
Send invoice automatically via email after billing (default) is the default setting for guests you add in the Web desk . You can change it for each guest in the Edit Guest dialog.
Corporate guests who haven't specified their contact information will receive their invoice by email after each transaction. Whether the delivery was successful is indicated on the invoice in the guest's profile.
