View cash book history
View past days of the cash book, filter by date range and export as PDF/CSV.
While the daily view shows the current day, the history view looks back: every past day with its balance, every single transaction. Plus: Export as PDF (for your tax advisor) or CSV (for your own analysis).
Open history
In the cash book's daily view, tap the history icon (clock and arrow icon) in the upper right corner. The history will open, showing the last 30 days — grouped by date and including the daily balance.
Select time period
Use the date icon in the upper right corner to select a different date range: Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, or Custom (from/to). The list will be filtered immediately.
Export to PDF/CSV
Use the export icon (upward arrow) to choose between PDF and CSV. PDF is suitable for printing or attaching to accounting documents, while CSV is for further processing in Excel or DATEV. The file can be shared via iOS Share Sheet (AirDrop, Mail, iCloud Drive).
For monthly accounting export, select Last Month and PDF — the file contains the complete monthly statement with opening and closing balances, perfect for the tax advisor.
Exports are read-only snapshots of the current state. Cancellations or corrections made later will only appear in a new export.
