Deregister the cash register and deactivate the TSE
Deregister a cash register that is no longer in use and save the final export.
Open Web desk → Settings → TSE. For a cash register that has already been registered, you will find Deregister cash register in the menu … of the Cash register registration.
Examine consequences and reasons
Read the instructions. Enter the reason for logging out. Only logging out the cash register will execute the process; cancel will leave the cash register logged in.
The deregistration takes effect immediately: it deregisters the cash register and deactivates the TSE (Technical Security Equipment). This applies even if your subscription is still paid. The process is final and cannot be easily reversed.
Securing final export
Before deactivation, Servire creates a final DSFinV-K export. You can continue to download this from the TSE area even after your subscription ends.
Check subscription separately
Canceling your POS system is not the same as canceling your subscription. If you no longer need the subscription, cancel it separately. If you are simply changing your address, use correct your details instead of canceling your POS system.
