Set up guest management
Here's how to activate guest management in the Web desk and create your first stamp card.
With guest management, you know your regular customers: contact details, visits, sales, stamps, and credit balances are all in one place, at the cash register and in the Web desk. The first time you open Guests, a wizard will guide you through the setup.
Prerequisite: Max tariff ( Change tariff ). The guest management system stores personal data. Therefore, a data processing agreement (DPA) must be concluded beforehand. Only the restaurant owner is authorized to do this; if one is missing, the assistant will need to complete it first.
Go through the assistant
- Conclude the contract if the AVV (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) is still missing. 2. Welcome to Guest Management: Click on Start Setup. 3. First Stamp Card: Choose a template, Coffee: 10 = 1 free (one stamp per coffee, select your coffee items below) or 5 visits = €10, or No Stamp Card. It will be activated by clicking Activate Guest Management.
Everything you choose here can be changed later in the guest management settings.

Status in page header
Next to the heading Guests you'll see Guest Management Active or Inactive. Clicking on it will activate or deactivate it after a confirmation prompt. When deactivated, the cash register will no longer collect stamps; your guest data will be retained.
Read-only mode
If guest management is disabled or no longer included in your plan, the Web desk will display a Read-Only Mode banner. You can still view and export guest information and process privacy requests, but you cannot make any changes.
At the checkout, you assign guests to an order so they can collect stamps: Assigning a guest at the checkout.
