Resubmit failed TSE transactions

How to resubmit failed TSE transactions

The POS app requires each transaction to be signed by the Technical Security Device (TSE). If this fails, the system records the affected transaction. You can then manually submit such transactions to the TSE via the web interface.

Red counter on the TSE tab

In the web desk, navigate to Settings › TSE. If there are any unsigned transactions, a red circle with the number of entries will appear on the TSE tab. Further down the page, you will find the Failed Transactions section, which displays the same number again as a red counter. Once everything is complete, it will say All transactions synchronized with the addition There are no failed TSE transactions — then you don't need to do anything.

Read the table

The table lists the affected transactions with the columns Date, Table, and Amount, with the most recent entries at the top. Up to 100 entries are displayed. Transactions made before your TSE was activated are not included and will not appear here.

Resend

To update a single entry, click the refresh icon Repeat TSE synchronization on the right side of the row. To update all entries at once, use the Repeat all button in the upper right corner. A loading circle will appear during the update process, and the button will be disabled. Afterward, the system will report TSE synchronization successfully repeated or All 3 transactions successfully repeated. If any entries remain pending, a message will appear in the format 2 successful, 1 failed. The list will then reload. Entries from the same order are transmitted together by the system; therefore, the reported number of entries may be less than the number of rows.

This section only appears if a TSE (Technical Security Equipment) has already been set up for your location. Without an active service subscription, the TSE tab will instead display the message Service subscription required; failed transactions cannot then be submitted retroactively. If a transaction fails repeatedly, please contact support.
