Change location

Switch between multiple connected restaurants — without re-registration, without data loss.

If you are connected to multiple restaurants (see Connecting to other restaurants), you can switch between them in the overview. One tap, and the table plan, menu, shift information—everything changes to the selected location.

Open the overview by clicking the house icon. The currently active location is displayed in the Location section (Restaurant), next to an arrow icon.

Tap the arrow — a selection list with all connected locations will open. Tap the desired location: the app will reload its data (areas, tables, menu, staff, printers). If you are currently on shift at the new location, you will be taken directly to the table plan; otherwise, you will be taken to the overview.

Only one location can be active per device at a time. When switching between locations, remember to ensure a clean shift change—otherwise, bookings will end up at the wrong location. Tip: Before switching, check that the shift at the current location is finished or paused.

Location switching is instantaneous, but requires an internet connection. Offline, only the last active location works. For extended offline periods, perform the switch beforehand, while you still have a connection.
