Reservations: General settings

You share this link with guests, for example on Google, Instagram, or the menu. It leads directly to the reservation page and works even without your own website; if your Servire website is published, it will contain its address. Copy link saves it to the clipboard. Generate link immediately invalidates the existing link after a confirmation prompt – you will then need to replace any shared links, QR codes, and embedded content.

Max. number of people is the largest group that can book online (default: 12). For larger groups, the booking page displays the message for oversized groups and offers a waiting list. Min. number of people (online) is the smallest group; empty means there is no minimum.

Minimum lead time (hours) – this is the maximum number of hours before the time guests can reserve or change their booking online (default: 2). Maximum advance booking days – this is the maximum number of days in advance guests can reserve online (default: 30). The booking book in the cash register will also be updated accordingly.

Guests can specify these allergens when making an online reservation. If no allergen is selected, this section will not appear on the reservation page. You will see the information in the reservation details; it will only appear in the guest profile if the guest explicitly consents. Your allergen labels, which you can manage under "Manage Labels," are available for selection.
