Opening hours and special opening hours
This is how you maintain your regular opening hours and set exceptions for holidays, vacations or events.
Why are opening hours necessary?
Your opening hours appear on the digital menu for guests, in the affiliate portal for partners, and in the Google search snippets for your restaurant. They help guests quickly see if you are currently open — and form the basis for the self-order function of the guest app.
Maintain regular opening hours
Open Settings → Restaurant → Opening Hours. You can create as many time slots as you like for each day of the week — for example, two separate slots for lunch (11:30–14:30) and dinner service (17:30–22:00). On days off, the day simply remains empty.
Several time slots per day
Split your day into several windows if you have a lunch break. This way, guests can immediately see that the kitchen is closed between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm — preventing them from walking in for nothing.
Special opening hours for holidays and events
Directly below the regular hours you will find Special Opening Hours. Here you can define any exceptions that override your normal opening hours — public holidays, company holidays, inventory, extended opening hours for events.

If a special opening time is scheduled for a given day, it will be prioritized over the regular opening time — regardless of whether the special opening time is shorter or longer.
