Master Data

Change log

Fully track all changes to menus, categories, and items.

The change log provides a complete record of all changes to your master data — who created, changed, or deleted what and when. Helpful for multi-user businesses, for traceability, and for audits.

What is being logged?

  • New Entries — new menus, categories, items, variations, deposit items, and labels

  • Changes — price changes, name changes, revised descriptions, and new images

  • Deletions — all deleted master data elements

Open log

Click on the More menu (…) in the upper right corner and select Change Log.

Filter

  • Time Period — The default is the last 7 days. You can select any time period.

  • Change Types — Select one or more categories (New Entries, Changes, Deletions)

Print log

Clicking Print in the top right corner will give you a printable PDF list — useful for shift handovers or as proof during a company audit.

Who raised the price?

If you have a multi-person team, the log helps with questions like Who increased the cappuccino price to €4.80? or Who deleted the item? Every change is linked to the account that initiated it.
