Clocking in and out in the cash register app
This is how employees record their working hours and breaks at the cash register.
Clocking in and out is done via the POS app for iPad, iPhone, and Android. Each person clocks in using their own account. Colleagues can also clock in on a shared device by entering their login PIN.
The line item Time Tracking appears in the Overview as soon as time tracking is active and a shift is in progress. Those excluded from time tracking will not see it.
Clock in, break, clock out

Step 1 of 3
Stamp in
Open the Overview via the house icon. Under Time Tracking it says Not Clocked In. Tap Clock In.

Step 2 of 3
During work
The line shows Clocked in since and the elapsed time. Start break begins a break, End break resumes work. Only clocked breaks count as breaks.

Step 3 of 3
Clocking out
When you clock out, your working time will be checked and displayed. This time is preliminary: Servire will only calculate break deductions and rounding when you clock out.
If someone forgets to clock out, the app will remind them after the set time with "**Forgot to clock out?", and Servire will send an email. Anyone who remains clocked in for more than 16 hours will automatically be clocked out at that limit; the entry will then be marked as "to be reviewed" in the web desk. At the end of the shift, the employee's own entry is canceled; colleagues' entries remain open until everyone clocks out themselves.
Clock in for colleagues

Tap on the Time Tracking line. The menu will display the actions available to you and, once colleagues have logged in to this device, the Clock In for Employees option. Select the person and the action; the person confirms with their personal login PIN. Your own login remains active.
My times

Under My Times, employees can see their own entries with times and net hours worked, as well as their net hours, gross wage, and time account balance for each month. Automatically closed entries display the note Automatically clocked out – please check.
Request correction

Step 1 of 2
Open entry
If a completed entry is incorrect, tap it under My Times and then on Request Correction.

Step 2 of 2
Preferred time and reason
Activate Correct clock-in time or Correct clock-out time, enter the correct time and a reason of at least 10 characters, and confirm with the checkmark. Management will decide on this in the web portal. Only one request can be open per entry.
If Force clock-in before service check-in is enabled, the service check-in can only be opened after clocking in. The app will then display Time tracking required with the Clock in now button.
