Service Time Warning System

The app uses colored table dots to remind users when tables have remained unattended for too long — green/yellow/red depending on the waiting time.

The service time logic is a visual reminder: for each table, the app calculates how long has passed since the last action (order, payment). The longer the time, the more noticeable the color status — green → yellow → red.

Color thresholds

Green dot: Table was recently served (e.g., less than 10 minutes since last interaction). Yellow dot: Waiting time exceeds the first threshold (typically 10-20 minutes) — time to check if the guest wants to order again. Red dot: Second threshold exceeded (over 20 minutes) — the guest is clearly waiting too long for attention.

The thresholds can be configured by the owner via the web interface. They are set to low (5/10 min) in fast-food setups and higher (15/30 min) in more comfortable restaurants.

Service time with multiple employees

With multi-service, each table only displays the service time related to you personally—what your colleagues serve is their own business. This ensures the schedule remains individually relevant for everyone.

If you see many red dots at once, filtering helps: using the table search, sorted by service time, you will see the most critical ones first.
