My data: earnings, sales, and shift reports
View your own monthly earnings, sales, tip , and shift reports at the checkout.
My data in the map Time tracking summarizes your month without you having to ask anyone.
Prerequisite: Time tracking is active and you are not exempt. Whether monetary amounts are visible is determined by the company under Employees can see their monetary figures.

This month
Net hours, hourly rate, basic wage, bonuses, and gross wage. This includes your sales, calculated as in the Z-report, and your ** tip**.
Step 2 of 2
My shifts
The list shows your shifts for the month. Tapping on it opens My Shift Report with Times, Sales (taxable gross), ** tip**, and below that, sales, payment methods, product groups, taxes, cancellations, and discounts. If no final report has been saved for the shift yet, it will say Current Preview. You can share it using the share icon.
If the company hides monetary figures, it will say: This company does not show employees their own sales and earnings figures.
My key figures
My Key Metrics displays your monthly figures, including the team average for each of the following: revenue, orders, average order, guests, revenue per guest, tip and tip rate, cancellation and discount rate, and average time spent on the premises. Strengths identifies categories where your revenue per order is significantly above the team average (top 20%), while Opportunities highlight those where it is below the team average. Other people's names are never displayed.
If the text above reads “…shifts are still being processed,” individual shifts are still missing from the figures – they will be added automatically. The evaluation for the entire company is available in the Web desk: Evaluate personnel and scorecard.
A colleague's data on the shared device
View colleague
Tap the person icon in the top right corner. Under View colleague ("Whose data should be opened?"), select the name. After entering their login PIN, the colleague can view their data for a maximum of 10 minutes without you logging out. Exit view closes it sooner.
