Place order with variations

Burgers with bread type and extras, pizzas in various sizes, salads with dressing — order options and mandatory selections.

Many dishes require a decision from the customer: Which type of bread for the burger? Fries or salad as a side dish? With or without bacon? Servire offers dialog boxes for options and extras – mandatory fields so the kitchen doesn't have to ask.

Step 1

Open the menu at your table as usual and navigate to the category with variant items (e.g., burgers, pizza).

Step 2

Tap on the item — the detailed order dialog will open. Here you can see all available variations, extras, and allergens.

Understanding options

Groups marked with an asterisk (e.g., bread type*, side dish*) are mandatory selections—an option must be chosen before you can add more. Single selections allow only one option, while multiple selections allow for several. Optional extras (bacon, cheese, coleslaw) have additional costs, which are listed to the right of the option.

You can add a free note (e.g. "medium rare"), an individual surcharge (e.g. special topping by arrangement) or a discount via Note / Surcharge / Discount at the top of the dialog.

Tap "Add item" below — the configured item, including all selections, will be added to the order. Later, when editing, you will see all variations as sub-rows.

Frequently ordered variations (e.g., "Cheeseburger Sourdough + Fries") can be saved as favorites — the owner creates this in the web desk.

Allergen information under the product name (e.g., "contains colorant, gluten") helps to immediately answer legal labeling requirements during customer service calls.
