Setting up punch cards
This is how you create digital stamp cards like "10 coffees, 1 free", choose the stamp rule and reward, and end a card.
Stamp cards work like the paper cards at the counter, only digitally within the guest profile. Guests collect stamps at the checkout; a full card earns a reward, which they can redeem on their next visit. Multiple cards can be used simultaneously. Loyalty points are no longer offered at Servire .
Prerequisite: Guest management is part of the Max plan ( change plan ) and must be activated ( set up guest management ). Only those with the Manage Guests right can make changes; all others can only view the settings.
Create a stamp card

Open Guests → Gear icon and click on Add stamp card. Enter a Name, the Number of stamps required (1 to 100), and the Stamp rule, select the Reward, and click on Save. The image shows a coffee card for item and a lunch card with a €10 discount after 8 visits.
The fields
Required Stamps – this is how many stamps fill one card. Excess stamps go to the next card.
Stamp Rule – Per Visit: One stamp per visit with a merchandise value above €0, regardless of what was ordered. Multiple invoices from one order or reservation count as one visit; voucher purchases and top-ups do not count. Per item: One stamp per unit of counting item sold; free items do not count.
Reward – Free Item: The cheapest eligible item on the invoice will be free. You specify which items qualify under Reward Items; empty = all eligible item. Discount Amount: The amount (up to €1,000) will be deducted from the invoice.
Only guests assigned to an order at checkout collect stamps ( assign guest at checkout ). You can view their stamp balance in their guest profile and correct it if necessary.
Change or end map
If guests are already collecting stamps on a card, the Required Stamps and Stamp Rules remain fixed, and the card cannot be deleted. For other values, you must close the card and create a new one.
To do this, open the card's menu ⋮ and select End. The card will no longer collect stamps; earned rewards will remain redeemable for three months. This cannot be reversed. End-of-cards are listed under Ended Stamp Cards with the expiration date of their rewards.
To delete a map that no one is collecting on yet, use ⋮ → Remove and Save.
