Room plan: who sits where and when
View the table plan at any given time, find available times and reserve directly at the table.
The Room Plan shows your table plan at a specific time. The border of each tile is colored according to its reservation status; it is filled when someone is seated. Below, it says until 9:00 PM (occupied) or available until 8:00 PM (next reservation). The small number in the upper right corner indicates the number of reservations at that table for the day.
Prerequisite: Reservations are available in the Max tariff if the Reservations module is activated in the Web desk (status Active in the header of the Reservations page). The floor plan only displays areas whose table plan is drawn in the Web desk .

Choose time
Use the ‹ and › arrows above the plan to scroll through the sections. The arrows at the bottom move the time; Now jumps back to the current time. A dot on the table near "now" today indicates open orders.

Free time
Tap on Available Times: The next available start times or fully booked will appear under each table. This is an indication, not a guarantee.
Trading directly at the table

Tap the table
The screen shows whether the table is free or occupied at the selected time, and all reservations for that day at that table. Tapping on a name opens the reservation.

Change status
You can confirm a reservation by clicking on … next to it, or mark it as Arrived, Seated, Completed, or No-Show. Cancellation and deletion are only possible on the card itself.

Walk-in or reservation
If the table is now free, Walk-in seating (Android: Walk-in) will seat walk-in customers directly there. Reservation at this table (Android: Reserve here) opens the form with the table and time. No new reservations can be made for past times.
Clicking on Select Table opens the table selection menu with List and ** table plan**. Tapping on a table selects it, and the Checkmark confirms the selection.
