Delete restaurant
Check the prerequisites before removing a business that is no longer needed.
Open Web desk → Settings → Restaurant and scroll all the way down to Delete Restaurant.
When is deletion possible?
In the web interface, the button is only active if you are the owner of the restaurant, at least two restaurants are assigned to your account, and no subscription has ever been created for the selected restaurant. A subscription that has since ended is not sufficient. You cannot delete the last restaurant here.
Check the reason for a suspension
If Delete Restaurant is grayed out, the Info icon next to it indicates the unmet requirements. In this example, the delete function is disabled.
Confirm deletion
If the requirements are met, Delete Restaurant will open a confirmation dialog. Enter the exact name of the selected restaurant and confirm only after checking. Clicking Cancel will close the dialog without deleting the restaurant.
The deletion is permanent. The restaurant and its associated data will be removed; all employee connections to this business will also be severed. Please check beforehand which documents you still need.
