Onboarding video / First steps
On first login, a short introductory video opens — explaining the most important functions in two minutes.
New service staff are greeted with a short onboarding video upon their first login. It demonstrates the most important workflows (taking orders, processing payments, ending shifts) in under two minutes—faster than reading any manual article.
Start video
The onboarding video will appear automatically upon your first login after registration—or upon first connecting to a new restaurant. You can watch it in its entirety, skip it using the skip button, pause it, and finish watching it later.
Watch again later
If you skipped it or a colleague wants to watch it again: you can restart it at any time in Settings → General → Onboarding Video. Also useful when onboarding new employees.
